Nonzero: The Logic of Human Destiny, was instrumental in shaping my worldview. This book, read in combination with The Selfish Gene and Me to We, provides a very inspiring and technical view of the "moral universe" and its long but steady bend towards greater justice, humanity, and inclusion.
The Evolution of Trust, an interactive presentation designed by Nicky Case is not only a spectacular demonstration of gamified education. This presentation is also an invaluable workshop on Fundamental Attribution Error and the dangerous social emotional landscapes we've created for ourselves in the 21st century.
I won't give too much away, but, this game provides a vivid example of the ill effects of Fundamental Attribution Error and jumping to conclusions about other people or situations. I hope everyone might play this game and come away impressed about the fragility of trust and relationships while better understanding the importance of second chances, diligent communication, and perseverance towards world where we might all be better understood and appreciated.
